​Welcome
My work is sourced in attachment theory and neuroscience, which help us understand the power of building positive connections between adults and children; and between professionals and the families they serve.

Since 1999 I’ve been working closely with child welfare, health, and education services to meet the professional development needs of their staff. In this time I have written scores of training programs; presented to thousands of professionals; consulted on hundreds of cases; provided supervision to numerous teams and individuals; supported many service leaders to reflect on staff support needs and directions for service development, and written a book sourced in attachment theory and neuroscience..
